All my photos are licensed under Creative Commons Zero, which basically means you can use them however you want.
I do have just a few guidelines you should follow though, so as long as you don’t use them for the purposes listed below you’re fine.
- Selling them as your own – these photos are free, so if you tried to charge other people for them, that wouldn’t be cool. This also means you cannot upload them to paid stock image sources as your own.
- Using them for unlawful, inappropriate or other immoral purposes, or in a way that can give a bad name to people, or to imply endorsement of products and services by those persons, brands, organisations, etc.
Downloading these photos does not transfer any title from these photos to you, or any intellectual property rights therein to you. Be respectful to registered trademarks. If there is an Apple product, you have to write up “Apple, the Apple logo and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.” The same with other brands.
